As with any change there are often some bumps in the road. That is even more evident when you try to change too quickly. WealthEngine has gotten through the bumps in the road and are now building momentum every month. New leadership of the Inside Sales Team and a proven model that creates revenue and rewards top sellers are contributing to changing the culture in our team. As the new Sr. Director of Sales I have a track record of scaling sales organizations and creating inclusive environments along the way. There is a VERY solid core of Sales professionals manning the Inside Sales team. Warning- no pikers allowed here. We are building a strong- motivated sales team here that is striving to be best in class. I see all of the negative posts on here about the Inside Sales organization. I assure you—those times are past. Driven-motivated sales people that want to be part of a growth oriented team are welcome to join our work hard/play hard team. My folks are advancing their sales careers and being rewarded for their hard work. It is a new beginning here.
