Too Corporate - Don't Care about Customers - Recensione dipendente - Office Manager presso Weather Engineers

Large company with lots of contracts and customers to keep techs busy, plenty of overtime slightly higher than average starting pay with healthy steady raises, lots of knowledgeable techs.

Lots of 10+ hour days, lack of bonuses and significant commissions, commercial and residential pay is the same.

It was a consistent job, incredibly busy, all the time. Job stability due to how busy the industry is.

Managers and coworkers in the office were toxic pot-stirring gossipers making every minute of every day miserable; intentionally going out of their way to upset you or get under your skin or say rude unnecessary comments. They certainly hurt the company and do not help it. An exhausting place to work, physically, mentally, and emotionally. AND NOT WORTH THE PAY! They falsely advertise a higher pay rate and position to get you on board but start you at a lower amount for your "training period" while they bounce you from position to position (every position except the one you were hired for). They need an overhaul. Accountability and then the company can progress. Till then I'm afraid it's a mess and I fear will only get worse unless they allow someone to come in and allow them the authority and give them the respect to make the necessary changes.
