      Since the size of the staff was on the small side, I got to work directly with the CEO, CFO, Head of Marketing and Head of Sales constantly which gave me some really great experience. My opinions were acknowledged even as an intern and I was given positive recognition for personal accomplishments which encouraged me to work harder. Dog-friendly office.

      I completed tasks quickly so there were days when I really didn't have anything to do.

      Small business environment with family atmosphere. There is never a dull moment. High paced working environment.

      Lack of consistent direction. Directives rarely communicated in writing. Little to no chance to defend oneself when something bad does occur.
