Due to the nature of the job, attendance is key, so the occurrences are a necessary part. So if you have attendance issues, that may be a downfall. Some of the leadership can be a little slow to respond but it is what it is. It is tech support so there will be times when calls are crazy back to back but those aren’t as super frequent. It’s typically a result of something outside of weave breaking.
