Very talented and passionate people. Wide array of services so there is always something new to work on. Management is very understanding and accommodating on individual needs after you've proven yourself. You can wear whatever you want. Everyone is salaried so there is no time clock. Ping pong tournaments in the office, football and soccer games on the TV's and a suite at the grasshoper's stadium to bring the family are all good benefits as well. Management listens and takes it to heart but sometimes you have to repeat yourself to be heard. They really care that people enjoy working there.

There's been some growing pains moving from a 20 person company to 70+ in terms of managing workloads. Some people have ended up with a disproportionately large amount of work due to pride. Neutral Notes: 1. If you like being micro managed this is not the place for you. Hands off management style. 2. If you are easily offended or insulted chances are someone will hurt your feelings. Management keeps it PC but you are not a perfect snowflake. Most people are super nice but just like any office theres always few who ridicule others due to there own insecurity's 4. Non-standard job roles - At this place it is not uncommon to work with multiple languages and SQL versions all while explaining to a client why the number on the report is different than what they 'felt' it should be.
