Lunch meetings with the president are a weekly part of the upper management improvement process. This particular meeting was to discuss a 6 week exit strategy due to differences in the direction of the company. Letting go of an employee is never an easy decision, it is something that is never taken lightly and should be done privately, for we always strive to end on good terms.
