What was once recognized as a Great Place to Work feels like a distant memory. Annual turnover used to be minimal, seeing a handful of departures at most. But over the last six months, more than 5% of the company has left. The culture has shifted noticeably, from one that felt supportive and collaborative to one that feels increasingly more authoritative. The push for return-to-office being one visible example. It feels like if you make one minor mistake you could be gone.
