Four years in and I still enjoy coming to work. The people make it. We do kickball, team events, food truck days. The merit based promotion system means if you put in the work you move up. Nobody is stuck waiting around for a slot to open. I've watched several people on my team get promoted and it was earned every time.

The pace can be a lot. There are stretches where everything piles up at once and you're running hard for weeks. Also the 1% better every day thing - love it in theory but some days you just want to keep your head above water. Not every week is going to be a growth week and that's ok.
