You couldn't ask to work with better people and to me that's meant everything! My peers at my level are super reliable, dedicated to doing great work and jusy fun to work with and be around. The leaders at every level show they care through the little every day recognition in addition to some very big ways I've seen or experienced first hand over the years. We drive really impressive results for our clients and I like how we emphasize the tangible business growth this leads to for them - from clients having an impact on their community, etc to adding new facilities, hiring more people, etc. I've seen lots of company growth and it's cool to see us opening new offices across the country and the world! We have a program that allows us to work out of any of these offices which I'm excited to take advantage of.

I think some of the newer team members right out of college sometimes expect an "easy" job bc of all the fun stuff we do and promote! While I work an average of 40 hours a week which is pretty standard, I think, we really do work super hard each day. If you're someone who likes to progress / be at the top too you definitely want to stay up to date on the industry outside of work time too, it's constantly changing so a must to stay up to date on your own. So just something that can be a bit of a shock depending on your expectations in your job and how much you want it to be a career. They have criteria in place to ensure we with clients who are a best fit for our services but sometimes there are challenges that come up here and can be tough to navigate like when a client just isn't seeing results. We have a customer success team now that supports when this happens and is a big help but it's still something that I let get to me when it happens! I see a lot of new faces in the office and would love to see more opportunities to connect with departments that don't normally work together as closely to get to know them better.
