As someone who's worked in HR at several companies, I can say that WebFX's approach to employee satisfaction is truly unique. During my time here, I've watched our benefits program grow from around 40 programs to over 65+ unique initiatives. I'm particularly proud of our maternity leave program, which includes extended part-time hours for the first year of a child's life. The company consistently surprises me with how they respond to employee feedback - for instance, when team members mentioned wanting more flexible work arrangements, leadership didn't just implement basic WFH policies; they invested in complete home office setups for every employee. We also got a company Tesla after employee suggestion too - and a recent extra day off for winning an award.
