It is 100% remote environment. Personally, this is my ideal scenario, but it might not work for others.

WebOps has had a lot of success over the years and built a fantastic software as a service product. 2023 has brought a lot of change with new leadership. At the same time, we have a core group of long time employees that are helping us as we build for the future.

Most of the employees are remote which makes team building activities, especially in person, very difficult. We just started a weekly team trivia which was a lot of fun and I hope we can do more things like that moving forward.
