I recently shared a review outlining my experience at the organization, including several areas of concern that I felt were important to highlight. I noticed that the review was later removed, which gave the impression that more effort was directed toward suppressing feedback rather than addressing the issues raised. This raises concerns about how employee voices are handled. The key observations shared in the review were: Lack of fairness in hiring and internal job postings (IJP): Concerns around pre-determined candidate selection and alleged leaks of interview or test materials to preferred candidates. Inefficient spending priorities: While significant expenditure appears to be directed toward non-essential activities, basic employee needs in shared spaces are often restricted or minimized. Inconsistent and biased treatment on the operations floor: Reports of unfair conduct by senior management within RCM AR teams, which is widely acknowledged by employees who have experienced similar behavior. Targeted behavior and internal politics: Instances of selective targeting and political dynamics impacting team morale and fairness. Cafeteria hygiene and safety concerns: Ongoing issues related to cleanliness, food safety, and overall hygiene standards in the office cafeteria.
