I joined WP as a junior developer and was quickly thrown in at the deep end. I was assigned an amazing mentor who took the time to educate me in the product, architecture, processes and laid out a career path for me. I have been challenged yet supported for the three years i have worked here, and would recommend the company to other employees. Management is always available to listen to ideas from all areas of the organization

I came from an environment where i had one task to work on and was able to foculs solely on that task. At WP we are encouraged to take on multiple projects, and this can take some adjustment if you are not used to a fast moving, multitasking job
