      Honestly, it really is the best job I have ever had! Our teamwork is second to none, which is extremely important in order to provide the best service to our customers. I thoroughly enjoy the ability to make my own hours and schedule, which is such a positive trait in our busy world today. It is also rewarding to see how the results of our services enhance our customers' visibility and reputation across the web.

      This line of work is very detail oriented and it requires people to be self-motivated, trainable, and flexible. I do not personally see this as a con; however, some people might.

      Your advice is on point and truly appreciated. I agree that our teamwork is what makes WebPunch a special place. The WebPunch team and clients are what keeps us motivated. It does take a specific personality to thrive here and like you said it's detailed work!       WebPunch is by far the best job I have ever had. The company takes the time to focus on the skills of each individual and make sure everyone's skills and potential are recognized. I love the flexible schedule, working from home, and being close to my family. The work is fun and engaging and you see the results of what you do actually helping clients. Opportunities seem endless, and help is always a quick call or email away. More than anything the company really feels like a family, constantly working together and going above and beyond for one another.

      Its hard to think of cons, with a company I consider family and work I love more than anything I've ever done. There is some stress with the work at times, but honestly its very manageable. I would like a raise, because I've never gotten one, but I'm also ok staying where I am because I love the company and work so so much.
