      Easy job. Got promoted early.

      The culture that once was is dead. Morale has taken a giant blow. Seems with the company’s growth all they care about now it’s the numbers and no longer the staff. They will stretch the staff out as thin as they can to hit their metric goals for their clients. No exceptions. Very unhappy environment. Lots and lots of turnover of key positions. Claims examiners, MES, CSRs, management, and more all leaving because of the new “stats first” mentality of the company. If you think your voice will be heard then think again here. If I wanna clock in take nonstop calls and clock out for the day then that’s the new expectation. Don’t expect growth, don’t expect change, it’s all about the corporate dollar now. New position offers are never what they seem either. This company is heading in the wrong direction very fast but will tell you everything is great. Don’t believe management.

      We see that you are no longer employed with the company and are sorry to hear this was your impression during your time with us. We believe our culture is still alive and it takes all of us working together.       As WebTPA grows there is a need to attract talent that aligns with our client's needs & be a good cultural fit. This has been a bit of a struggle; competitive pay seems to be a large factor especially since most positions are in office.
