Think 100 times before join - Recensione dipendente - Senior Software Engineer presso WebXpress

WOW !! That was some review. That must be some pressure to be under for THREE years and still not find another job !! WebXpress no longer offers Software Development job at Mumbai, we do have a team of 45 at our Surat Development Center. Average tenure of developers at WebXpress is 2.5 years and we have about 10 people with more than 5 years with WebXpress. We do have some crazy souls working for more than 8 years as well !! Less secure place than State Bank of India- agreed !! Our work time is 9.30 am to 7.30 pm and we have a 5 day week. Generally we find ghosts after 8 pm in our office- or CEO. Our HR policies- well, ask the unfortunates who had a family situation or health issue - we have a cruel practice of allowing people to take 30-40 days of leave. The leave rejection ratio (rejected vs. applied) is a pathetic 0% at WebXpress. Innovation- must talk about innovation. We expect our developers to learn new technology, we give them time during office hours and also set 20 hours of R&D credit every month. This means for 3 working days- you can study and deploy a new technology and no one will ask you why you are not working on a project. Must admit that we hardly get to see this credit used.
