WFH, snacks/food, company trips, equipment, plenty of time to goof off (if you’re one of the favorites)

Svantaggi

Sales team making over $400k+ per year. Selling features and products that don’t exist. CSMs make less than the California standard in salaries. Which explains the sketchy way they process our pay stubs. Would not recommend working here unless you’re one of the favorites with no tech experience.

This is a fun and energetic place to work, there are a lot of pros to Webconnex, especially for a Sacramento based employee. It is definitely an expectation to go to company events and socialize to be a team player, Webconnex is very concerned about keeping the company culture light and fun.
