-As the only level 2 technician was not given an office. Open air cubicle. -Projects often change or get cancelled last minute -Required to have your own transportation -Required to work on-site & given a hard time if try to perform work from home remotely, even if the workload for that day is just tickets. -Management acts too much like your friend not like your manager.
