Lately, upper management feels like a group of incompetent bureaucrats more focused on stepping over each other than actually leading. In six years, I haven’t seen anyone get promoted. If you’re already a qualified professional, this place will just hold you back and make you feel like you’re not growing at all. Working here for too long will make your brain shrink.
