Please don't insult them by asking Pros ...let me make one thing very clear that this is the only company in the world who 90% of Internal projects which for them are much more important then their Clients Projects .. and most of all the client projects, which come once in a blue moon are with such a deadlines that a person would rather feel that "leaving the job is much better than involving in such a project " .. How can you imagine to deliver a project in 3 days when client's approved time period is of 30 days.. Why such pressure... Only these morons can explain.. So better think as many times as you can before joining such an esteemed organization..

Ohh Yes !! this organization has Cons Too.. until now i was stuck finding their positives.. Now, let me come to the point .. The company's higher management has all the projects blueprint in their minds but they will ask you to guess the same and convert it into reality , rather than making it simple by drafting it in an email, which seems to be a great task for them.. I cant remember a single CLIENT who returned to them after some how getting his project delivery, and these people claims themselves to be over motivated by the thoughts they keep ... which eventually is digging the roots of the company. Such nice salary cycle that you need to wait up till the month gets almost finished ( Crediting the salary after 15th of every month ) and most of all CEO dreaming to overtake "Infosys" and his very few well wishers (don't want to disclose the positions) acts like BIRBAL and keep motivating him just for the sake of their salaries..
