I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Webley Systems. The work environment was always supportive, and I never once felt like it was toxic. There was always something to do, which kept things engaging, and I had the opportunity to contribute top-notch work. The company values a healthy work culture, and I would gladly return to work for them again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a positive and productive workplace!

While I had a great experience overall, I do wish there had been more coworker events or social activities to hang out and get to know everyone better outside of work. It would have helped build even stronger connections with the team

Fantastic people who are all willing to share everything they know and always willing to help. Tons of opportunity to contribute to the product and other aspects of the company regardless of your specific title, good ideas are welcome from anyone pretty much any time. You will learn more about every technology you touch than people at almost any other company outside Silicon Valley. Work-life balance is outstanding, everyone is understanding when life happens and pitches in to cover for people who need it and the favor is always returned. Most of the employees are also friendly outside of work without it being weird or pushy, just reflective of everyone getting along really well.

Limited market growth and even more limited vision being communicated for remedying. Secrecy as corporate culture goes a bit far at times, especially when personnel changes are involved regardless of the cause. Executives all working remotely may be effective but its very hard for employees to know things are going on due to lack of communication or visibility from top level people.
