They can easily rig the rules based on the present situation, and these rules are not included on black and white company's policy.By doing so, tutor's salary rate goes down.This is CHEATING!!!EXPLOITATION!! You are welcome for stealing away tutor's salary by your excuses ,which is not included in your written policy. WHAT YOU SOW TODAY , IS WHAT YOU REAP IN THE FUTURE.
