- Amazing office culture - Fresh fruit throughout the week, lots of snacks and all the different types of teas you could think of. - Great benefits package/leave allowance - New MD actively trying to improve all aspects of the company and culture -Culture club comes up with fun events throughout the year -Friendly team -Very much standard - come in at 9 leave at 17:30 never need to stay longer - a good mixture of calm and busy - Great location loads to eat, and such a great distance from main train stations (Victoria, Kings cross, London Bridge) - I never go to bed anxious about the next day, and that is huge in this day and age.

I feel like we have tackled most issues that have come up in our last reviews, we are constantly trying to implement positive initiatives and actively invest in our staff, however there are still the basic problems such as language diversity where it can sometimes be uncomfortable when you don't speak the language. They have started hiring a more diverse team however the originals that are still here are still in habit of speaking Italian with each other majority of the time. I.T are trying very hard to improve the infrastructure and update softwares this is still a work in progress, which means quite a few I.T issues that take the MSP's quite a long time to sort over the phone until it eventually gets escalated. But when it does get escalated its dealt with, so it might just be the call centre.

I was there for almost the entire lifetime of the company. The people were the best part of this job. The original owners were always very open with the staff, and were terrific, smart, dedicated people. During the first five years or so, we had semi-weekly company meetings which were often fun. You felt part of a team, and company growth was phenomenal.

Typical variety of both very good and very bad management. Company grew so quickly that bureaucracy took over. Since a lot of people stayed with the company for years, the early people became extremely jaded and discontent, since the atmosphere completely turned upside down within five years. Then we were plagued with legal issues, and there were bitter internal disputes. Several employees saw this coming, but deluded themselves for years. Sad, because there were so many good, dedicated people. Some stuck around longer than they wanted, due to "golden handcuffs." When we were finally sold (misrepresented as a merger) to Affinion, it really all went downhill quickly.
