WP was a truly wonderful place to work. If you're looking to accelerate your career, Webprofits will do exactly that. - Meeting heavy (although this can depend on your clients/team/role and something that was actively working to be improved) - You need to be willing to put the time and the hard yards in or you'll be left behind (I wouldn't call this a con, but rather something to be aware of - WP isn't for the faint hearted). - Expectations can get lost or mismanaged through different layers of leadership
