As for the “poor management practices” where feedback is often ignored, we’ll take that into account. But, let’s be real—management practices don’t need to be learned from freshers who’ve just graduated and seem to think they’ve mastered the art of leadership. Sometimes it’s better to have experience and wisdom over theoretical knowledge, don’t you think? Funny how you’ve highlighted these “concerns” just after being involved in certain practices that were quite far from the company’s standards. But who needs structure or integrity when you can focus on the “poor treatment” of employees, right?
