I worked in excess of 70 hrs/ wk, but was salaried so was only paid for 40. There is no way to get the work they expect done in 40 hours. Most staff cuts their way through the week, activities time with family to meet the ridiculous expectations of this role. They'll tell you it's organized chaos. They're lying.
