A kindergarten full of ego's and two faced gutless senior management who move the goal posts to ensure there mistakes and lack of management skills are hidden. 3 people make decisions one of who is stuck in the 80,s one who has knowledge but lacks management skills and one who just copies the second both professionally and personally. HR have never heard about being neutral. Customers are treated with disdain with a clear attitude of they are in a contract they will not go anywhere.
