- There's a great buzz about the team - We do interesting things, and regularly get together to discuss what we do so everyone gets to feed in - Interesting tech that's evolving - Regular team socials - Fun atmosphere - Pool tournaments in the office - Sociable team It's a good place to be, with good people to be around, as we do good things. Can't complain.

Usual small company stuff: - If promotions/titles are important to you, it's hard to get that when you're in a small team - Usual problems with having clients - sometimes tight timelines, etc. - take the good with the bad.

The company is passionate about innovation & taking on new technology, there is a real willingness to listen to all ideas & work towards making them happen. It's a great working culture here, i feel that all staff have respect for each other, underpinned with a healthy work-life balance, work hard & play hard (with great social events!) Flexibility of working from home, works really well! 'Take your dog to work' policy - amazing! It's great to feel part of something & work for a company that is going places!
