Questionable Product Quality: The company’s product and lead distribution practices raise concerns. A significant portion of the leads provided are not genuine, and 95% vendors do not renew their contracts after the first year due to poor performance. The leads generated on client’s profile are often used by WedMeGood to do in-house closures which is very unethical. Excessive Micro-Management: There is a significant focus on monitoring every aspect of employees' work, from arrival- departure times, seating arrangements to any break. This level of oversight can feel overly restrictive and intrusive. Unrealistic Work Hours: Although flexibility was discussed during the interview process, employees are expected to work 10-hour days, with mandatory work on two Saturdays each month. This was not clearly lied about during the hiring process. Limited HR Support: There is little to no support from the HR department when addressing concerns. Attempts to resolve issues through HR often go unaddressed. Concerns Regarding Senior Management: Some senior managers, including one named Karan, exhibit a lack of professionalism, with multiple reports of bias and poor leadership. Another manager has been the subject of several POSH complaints, but the management has not taken action. This raises concerns about the company’s commitment to addressing such issues. Overall Impression: I would not recommend this company for a sales role. The work environment is toxic, and employee satisfaction doesn’t exist.
