Not an equal opportunity employer. The product is not stable. Website commissions for sites moved to the Weebly platform mysteriously vanish. HR is clueless. Pending litigation because of HR issues with other employees. Routinely and unexpectedly terminate people a few weeks prior to major holidays like Easter and Christmas. Roll out new pay plans and schedules without notice. Create a hostile work environment through lack of HR guidance. Most employees are abandoning ship. Management will intentionally sabotage any employee they wish to terminate, in spite of performance. Very stressful environment.
