Laid back environment - Awesome culture - Truly believe that helping the customer is what is most important - Management sets attainable goals - Awesome training program. Ive worked full time for Weebly for a short time, but have felt like I finally found my "home" from day 1. I have worked in this industry for about 3 years, and never have I felt this truly amazing, "the customers needs come first' feeling. There is no snakyness, like Ive found in other larger tech companies. This job isnt all about making money - it truly is about helping the worlds entrepreneurs succeed. We treat our customers like they matter, and management treats us like WE matter - which is SO refreshing.

Again, Ive only been here a couple of months, but I can honestly say there has yet to be a "con".

This has nothing to do with age but it is a very immature place to work. Ive been here for 5 years and seen people come and go not because of performance but because of how you fit in. Its a popularity contest and not based on merit. The management is completely vile. Ive found other work now and glad I can finally say something. Even Godaddy is better than this place.
