You can read through other reviews to get a good picture that upper management, HR managers, and the CEO himself have no motivation to provide a healthy and respectful work culture. I'll share 3 stories: -The CEO gives company-wide meetings monthly to share progress and answer questions. Sounds transparent, right? That's until he starts berating people publicly, and shaming people who decide to leave the company. Amazingly talented people quit because of that, and honestly, no one should put up with that type of treatment. -Over the company-wide WeChat, the CEO sent a message with a picture of a toilet, letting everyone know he wiped someone's urine from the toilet bowl and "you're welcome". That's the standard of treatment you should expect. -When asked during a presentation how to deal with an abusive supervisor who did not value work-life balance, the CEO's response was "that means we're a genuine company." If that sounds like a place to grow, go for it.
