I think it's pretty hard to level up here, i mean in career path things

- The fast pace can feel overwhelming, especially for those who need more time to adapt. - Overworking doesn't seem to translate into additional compensation, or the process for such recognition isn't clear. - Social events are frequent, which might feel excessive for those who prefer less social interaction.
