None to be honest. Total waste.

The list is huge, starting from lack of vision, no people skill, no managerial skills, ad-hoc approach etc. To keep it precise just few points: - There are cameras installed all over the office, including in the sleeping room. The videos are actively monitored and conversations are listened. There is a special guy in the top management, who just do that. - CEO sits in a plush cabin, with zero contribution to work. He does not understand sales, marketing or technology either. Keep in mind he is M.tech from IIT, not B.Tech. - Given it is a security related company, when I left the company, there was not even a single person he understood security. If you still plan to give interview, ask them the attrition rate. To help you to catch a lie: 2-3 people every month, remember its a startup, just 1 year old.

You will get good but limited knowledge, Dress code is not that strict, I must say it is flexible. Ask to every employee in company, 90% of them you will find working since last 2-3 month, because people leave this company because of their policies.

Your list of "Don'tS" will be much longer than "Do's", and you will get bored with all these things easily As every small company they will let you see many many dreams, fly high in the sky and one day you will wake up "actually" Once your work is done you are not needed for company and after that you will find such a condition where your inner voice will say "leave this job as soon as possible", specially if you are recruited for technical profile.
