Experience the results of applying Lean principles (to everything). Top management has vision but risk aversion mines execution. Weir name still captures some interesting smart people into their staff.

Aggressive management breaks employees into submission, Toxic Culture ("Weir way"), Ethics in the region not aligned to group written standards, Not really a multicultural workplace, High turnover - not a place to make a career if you are not under someone wing. No interference/protection of employees from HR.
