      The advantage of this job is Weiser wouldn't terminate you from a site. They are good at reposting you to another site.

      Weiser don't gives raises. it's not a good company to work for because they do not hire within the company if a spot became available. Commissioned or non-Commissioned Weiser wouldn't pay you for what you are worth. if you don't keep up with your time they would cheat you out of your pay. Also, in order to get a 2 weeks vacation, you have to be with the company for 10 years. It's no advancements if you want to achieve success in life. This company isn't loyal or dedicated to their employees. Don't apply!

      The management at the Fort Myers branch is top-tier. They go above and beyond to help their employees. They are always on the ball and doing more than they should have to. They make coming to work easier.

      Corporate is terrible and cheap. The corporate policies set are pathetic. They punish you for the mistakes of others and make working for the company as a whole not worth it. The benefits are terrible and give you no incentive to do better. Then they wonder why the turnover is so high. You could be an excellent guard, and the most you'll get is a crappy bonus (in the form of a gift card) and a thank you.
