• Great place to grow as a designer mostly if you're a man. • You can have the opportunity to sit/work with the partners because they're very envolved in the projects of the firm and with the firms. • Maybe a good start for young people. There's a fee young people as a project architects and project managers. • Not craaaazy overtime hours if you're in the correct project/team. Overtime for them is more than 46 hours a weeks. • People are friendly, especially the partners. • Work environment is very professional and respectful.

• Just a few women and none of them are either project architects or project managers. Also, people are mostly white; not a lot of diversity just American and some Asian people. No Afro-American, latinos or Indian people. This is very frustrating, especially if you're a non-American woman. • They will hire you saying that the work hours are 9-6 as a regular hours. But that's not true at all. Everyone stays minimum until 7-7:30pm as a regular day if you're lucky and there's no deadline. That's when you realize that your salary is less because you're working min. 45 hours weekly as a "regular" hours. • There's no receptionist in the office. I'm sure this is something that everyone would love to have. This is very annoying. • Be prepared to do dishwasher shifts after you study more than 5 years to get a real job. This is annoying too. • Not too many benefits other than 70% of your health insurance. Also, they paid for your dinner/cab if you stay late. • They don't pay for your ARE exams. • They usually don't negotiate your salary rate.
