Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers is an unethical company that engages in deceptive hiring practices. I was excited to join the company as a business analyst, leaving my previous job at a top 3 bank and turning down other offers to work at Weiss. However, just three weeks into the job, I was suddenly let go without any valid reason provided. This left me feeling completely blindsided.
