The culture is and feels top-down with consistently low morale across multiple teams. Leadership accountability appears limited, and several individuals seem to have stepped into management roles without meaningful prior experience leading people, often tied to previous job connections rather than proven leadership track records (take a look at HR). This has created an environment where finger-pointing is common and collaboration suffers, leaving teams in uncomfortable positions.
Sales leadership in particular appears to lack strong exposure to the space, which can make it difficult for new ideas or different professional backgrounds to be considered. Diversity across leadership and sales remains limited, with a noticeably male-dominated structure.
Communication from some members of management can come across as borderline inappropriate, which impacts overall trust and psychological safety.
