Vantaggi
Friendly co-workers. Your ETA's to do anything are very generous.
Svantaggi
If you are considering working here take the following into account: Casual dress policy - Take this with a pinch of salt. This is simply an illusion to make any new comer think they have a casual environment. When this is simply not true. Everyone is scared of getting the sack. It's too common and it will happen once you make the slightest mistake. There is no forgiveness from management. The attitude of "my way or the highway" is common among management. Unless you have been with the company for more than 5 years, you don't get a say in anything. You end up feeling like nothing but a drone after a week of working here. They wave career advancement in front of your nose, but it's just used as a way of boosting productivity. A guy there who had been working harder than anyone for longer than anyone in the field in hope of a promotion, but it was nothing more than a carrot in front of a donkey. I had to beg for any sort of training. The best I got was a 2 hour meeting with someone from technical support to give me a run through. Staff are expected to work outside of work hours and if you show up over 2 minutes late, you get a warning from your manager. HR ignores any requests or complaints. All in all, if you are thinking of working here. Don't. Just run.
