Well Master has a great group of employees and the upper management works hard to make sure employees feel appreciated with annual meetings and occasional employee trips.

Strong personalities can clash from time to time.

The management is the worst I’ve seen. None of them have any clue as to how an actual well produces.. the company has been around a long and continues to shrink. Canada is the only reason it exists and they don’t want anything to do with the US side. Pretty sure they’re not even profitable. I was told by a higher up that the company had to take out a line of credit to meet pay role… the company also makes all its products in China and India and refuses to produce in the US. Everyone speculates that the ceo is receiving kickbacks from the Chinese. The mark ups on the products are astronomical and much higher than the competitors…. I do not see the company being in business in the next 3 years… employee churn is also 55% or so……
