What WellAware is trying to accomplish is very exciting. The IIOT Space is very new, and wide open with opportunity. The people are kind and hard working. The company promotes from within and is focused on individual employee's career development!

With so much opportunity in front of the company, it can be easy to chase multiple balls at once. Historically focus has been a pain point, but over the past year it has gotten considerably better. At this point I can barely list this as a con, given how much it was improved.
