No pros, the company changed from MNP then everything that was good about it changed into what it is now, a disorganised mess.

Staff asked to perform nursing tasks on minimum wage, 15 hour shifts back to back, staff who shouldn’t be giving medication forced to do so. Long time staff, working there for 14 years, giving everything in the process, not even a goodbye, card or Thankyou from the manager or company. Disgraceful treatment. Don’t work for this company, be warned! They’re completely awful and treat staff like slaves.

There is no personal care requirement as the tenants are quite independent

The salary is quite low especially when you’re working waking nights
