Leads expect you to do their job for them, this doesn't reflect on annual reviews, salary or bonus. You get praised for your work but pay raise and bonus is still bad. Salary increase was below inflation rate even after a promotion and good reviews. They really like to paint an image where the culture is immaculate and everything's great but it's a stretch. It's just like any other corporation.
