Management is terrible, and the company is on a firing streak right now, so no one feels secure. The Human Resources hiring staff is all young girls with no real life experience, and they don't know what they're doing. They take way too long to hire and, by then, ideal candidates have taken jobs elsewhere. The company stresses an emphasis on culture, but the culture as described doesn't match the culture in the workplace. It's a tough industry right now, and the leadership isn't prepared for what's ahead. Many in leadership are simply people who've been at the company for a long time but are not equipped to really lead. Lots of people losing their jobs so not many feel secure right now. Unemployment is very low in Iowa so there are more secure opportunities out there.

Slow change. Many processes created are not open to growth and evolution often being told, that’s how we set it up five years ago and it’s worked fine. Also, inclusive to an extent. There are times where if your beliefs do not align with the majority, specifically related to politics there are opportunities for improvement. As part of a diverse and value driven culture, it’s important to recognize not all beliefs are the same.

Many colleagues have expressed concerns about their job security. • Good old boys club on tech side of the house • Rigid RTO mandate has replaced flexibility with monitoring. Despite clear evidence that teams were productive remotely during COVID, time in office is now tracked and reported to execs, reinforcing optics over outcomes
