Unrealistic goals. Constantly adding work load and changes to an already heavy workload. Has started to diminish the employee/company positive work environment. For instance treating bank holidays as regular work days for the purpose of amount of cases received and expected to be completed that week. Example, having a bank holiday (like Christmas) you will be off for the day but expected to do the same amount of cases in that week (4 day) as you would in a 5 day week. Changing the goal post during the year for evaluations for merit raises causing individuals to loose out. Changing from a hybrid 3 days in office to 4 days in office. No additional hiring to help with overload of workload.
