      Despite recent negative news from bank channel, the senior management of WFA is top quality. They truly have a "put client first" attitude. My job, working with clients all day long, is highly rewarding. I've enjoyed working with the same clients for over 15 years, getting to know their families.

      Downside would be the ever growing regulatory requirements that makes being productive more difficult and complicated. But I believe WFA has responded with tools and technology to make it as easy as possible, but that said, it's still challenging.

      The role is exciting in that you get to meet new people and open accounts for them and you have your own office space to help your customers

      The required 6 day work week was not communicated properly and thus resulted in a bit of distrust towards the recruiter and then the company leadership as a whole

      Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

      Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
