      Wells Fargo is such a large company and so diverse that your opportunities for advancement are almost limitless. Professional development is highly encouraged and I'm great friends with my co-workers and work in a great environment. The 401(k) plan here is pretty nice and the pay isn't too bad either.

      My department is in a corporate environment, so although no one will ever come right out and say it, money is always at the root of each change made. Management can be difficult to contact at times because they're forever in various meetings.

      Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

      Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
