      -Great benefits and good pay -Expected to work independently - fulltime tellecommuting for some -Nothing but positive reviews from my managers -Education opportunities are provided in-house and there is a variety of classes -Some real sharp and helpful coworkers

      -Neglected by management (I like being independent and alone but so much so I wonder if I matter or if I'm missing the party) -Taken for granted if you do a good job (attention is paid more to day to day problems) -The expensive training you really want and need just isn't going to happen -Some dull implements in the coworker drawer also

      Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

      Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
