When I first started at Wells Fargo, I was very excited. The training was 10 weeks and I felt like I was brainwashed into believing Wells Fargo was a good company. I very quickly realized that was not the case when my manager put me in an uncomfortable position. She gave her notary book to another banker to do notary for her when she was not there and had me present and involved. I told her I was not comfortable with that and would not be a part of it again. I reported it, but nothing happened. The company continues to make you feel like youre not doing enough so that they can suck every ounce of your soul out of you in order to perform as a Wells Fargo puppet. A lot of upper management is really brainwashed in on climbing the ladder. It was a miserable environment to work in and I'm glad I was in a position that I could leave. I honestly would cry at least once a week because of the stress of this job, they constantly make you worried you will be fired for nonsense. The company does not have your back, you're their pawns. I don't know a single employee that was happy to be there and I watched many people quit or be fired for minor things in less than a year. High turn over rate!
